Each individual player may hold only one active Account on taya01. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. taya01 may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein if duplicate accounts are detected.
taya01 is operated and licensed for the Philippine market. Residents of certain other jurisdictions may be prohibited from accessing and using the Platform by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before registering or placing bets through taya01.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya01 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) generated during login. You must not share your credentials with any third party. taya01 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify taya01 support immediately via live chat. taya01 may temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation.
All information linked to your taya01 Account — including name, address, and payment method details — must accurately match your government-issued Philippine identification documents. Discrepancies discovered during verification may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension until resolved.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. taya01 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after prior notification. Any remaining balance after the application of such fee will be retained in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
taya01 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). taya01 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — funds must originate from accounts registered in the Player's own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed by taya01 as promptly as reasonably practicable, with GCash withdrawals typically completing within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. taya01 may impose a withdrawal hold where KYC verification is incomplete, where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or where the withdrawal would result in the release of bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements.
taya01 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. taya01 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time. A bet is final and binding once confirmed through the taya01 Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except in cases of manifest technical error. For sports betting markets, taya01 follows industry-standard rules for event cancellation, postponement, and result confirmation. In the event of a manifest pricing error, software malfunction, or data feed error, taya01 reserves the right to void transactions conducted under such erroneous conditions. taya01 will not be liable for system outages beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, or third-party platform errors.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on taya01 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in each promotion) on eligible games before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Players must not engage in, attempt, or facilitate any of the following activities on the taya01 Platform:
taya01 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any Account and forfeit any balances where prohibited conduct is detected, and to report such conduct to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the taya01 Platform — including but not limited to the taya01 name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game content, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of taya01 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any Platform content without taya01's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya01 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses from gaming activity, loss of data, or service interruptions.
taya01's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. taya01 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact taya01 support to seek an informal resolution. taya01 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt and to resolving disputes in a fair and transparent manner.
taya01 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via notification on the Platform or by email to the registered address on file, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the taya01 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account before the effective date.
