taya01 does not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under the age of 21. The Platform is operated exclusively for adults aged 21 and above, as required by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
The minimum legal age for gaming in the Philippines differs from the general definition of "children" under the DPA (persons under 18). However, given the nature of the Platform, taya01 applies the higher 21+ threshold for all player eligibility and data processing purposes.
